Incredibly nice staff, reasonable prices, the location is marvellous and exceptionally nice near to Gatlinburg and the center of Gatlinburg. The room is extremely spacious and with a fridge, a microwave oven, and an air conditioning: )

A hairdryer and bath sheets were very handy. The staff was amazingly nice and affable, loved this place.

Overall, it's nice place for exploring Gatlinburg attractions. Comfortable beds and climate control, a flat-screen TV and a microwave. We would absolutely stay here again, nothing too much trouble, liked this hotel

I found the Mountain Inn cozy and cute. The room felt clean and well-prepared for my stay. The bed offered great comfort, providing restful nights. The staff treated me with warmth and genuine concern. I appreciated the mini fridge and microwave, perfect for late-night snacks. The bathroom space felt cramped. Using the toilet required some maneuvering due to its positioning. Wi-Fi connection also struggled at times. Despite these issues, the prime location near downtown attractions was a major plus was good. I'd return for the friendly atmosphere and comfort, but I hope for improvements in room layout and Wi-Fi stability.

The Mountain Inn had a location that was closer to the attractions than my GPS expected-a mere 10-minute stroll to the main strip! Our room was surprisingly clean and comfortable, with a cozy vibe that felt like a warm hug after a long day. Plus, the staff was so friendly they made my grandma's hugs seem like half-hearted attempts.
